How To Brew And Sell Beer

Who should attend
The compact course is mainly designed for young craft-brewers or people who want to start a pub brewery, but also Production Managers, Product Designers and the Hobby Brewer. Therefore, prior brewing knowledge is not required, but participants will benefit from existing knowledge of brewing technologies and/ or related sciences.

Time
The compact course will take place from 05.08.2018 until 30.08.2018, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (incl. field trips, e.g. malting company, mid-size brewery and hop garden).

Attendance fee & accommodation
The fee for this four-weeks course is 5,000 €, for one of the four themes 1,250 € each. The fee is tax free according to  according to § 4, Ziffer 22 UStG. The fee includes all lectures, practical trainings, field trips, course materials (depending on enabling as pdf-file), certificate of participation and lunch. Your accommodation in Köthen has to be booked separately, but we have blocked rooms in the Hotel Anhalt in Köthen (price € 50-60/night).

Application deadlines
To guarantee the practical training in our malting and brewery plants as well as in the brewery lab we have limited the capacity to 18 participants.
